Here are some details of our warranty policy

We offer a 2 year warranty on our products (excluding bulbs).

During the 2 year period, if you have any problems or questions about the product, please contact us at support@serenazone.com. We will respond to emails within 6 hours and provide our solutions.

Note: You need to provide details of the problem and you'd better attach pictures as well as videos if you can, which will help us to solve your problem better for you.

Under our warranty:

1. If the problem is caused by accessories, we will give you free replacement by express delivery and you will be able to receive them within 6 ~ 8 working days.

2. If the problem is caused by the circuit, our electrical experts will help you solve the problem and propose a solution within 2 ~ 3 working days.

Note: Please make sure to have a professional electrician install the product, it will be more efficient to complete your installation.

Not covered by our warranty policy: Damage caused by improper use, human damage or natural disasters are not covered by our warranty policy.

After 2 years, we still provide technical support to help you solve your problem, but you will have to pay for the replacement and technical support.
