1.After processing we will send the order shipping email to the customer. The content of the email is mainly the shipping method, as well as the estimated delivery time, and provides the tracking number and inquiry website.
2.During public holidays, since manufacturers and courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. While it is unfortunate that this is out of our control, we will make every effort to improve it.
3.Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 2-3 (working days). When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number.
To track your package, simply use the tracking number we provide to click on the link we provide.
Note: If the package has arrived in your area but you want the courier to deliver it as soon as possible, you can also contact the customer service of the courier company and they will help you expedite your package and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
