Q:How do I cancel my order?
A:If the order is not shipped, please contact us by email and we will reply to you and cancel it within two hours of receiving your email. Q: How long is the warranty?

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We divide the time between the customer placing an order and receiving the product into processing time and shipping time.

Standard products: products currently in stock

Processing Time:2-3 (working days)
Shipping Time:9 -14 (Nature days)

Unconventional products: products that are currently out of stock/need to be customized

Processing time and shipping time will be longer than regular, because of the uncertainty of size and other factors, we can't give you the exact delivery time, but if you need to customize it, our customer service representative will tell you the approximate production time as well as the delivery time after we receive the feedback from our designer team. Q: How do I return a product?
